Jerry A. Pierce, age 73, lost his battle with cancer on December 14th, 2016, in Glendale, AZ.

Jerry is survived by his son, Wade (Amy) Pierce, of Glendale, AZ; his daughter, Leanne (Ken) Davidson, of Killeen, TX; his son, Danny (Rebecca) Pierce, of Toledo, OH; his brother David Pierce, of Apache Junction, AZ; his brother Randy Pierce of Phoenix, AZ; uncle Jack McCormick, of Apache Junction, AZ; grandchildren Amanda, Derek, MaKenna and great grandchildren Aison and Zelda. He is preceded in death by his parents, Frank and Betty Pierce, of AZ and his brother, Danny Pierce, of IL.

Jerry was born on September 19th, 1943 in Rockford, IL. Jerry married Donna in 1967 and moved to AZ and had three wonderful children. Jerry was very dedicated to his family and worked as a union painter in AZ and NV.

He enjoyed spending time with awesome friends and family at the Sand Dunes in CA. His family and friends will always remember him as a hard worker, great friend and for his sense of humor. Jerry was a great man and always willing to offer advice and help anyone out. He touched the lives of many, many people and will be greatly missed.
